IT Service Desk Analyst - ITS1
Job Summary
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responding to customer requests via phone, email, and self-service, In addition you will providing desk side user support as directed. You will setup, install and troubleshoot Department of Transportation hardware and software. This position is responsible for creating and updating the Service Desk tickets and support documentation. ## **Minimum Qualifications:**
Candidates must clearly demonstrate all of the following qualifications in their resume.
This position requires a minimum of one (1) year of computer systems technical support experience.
Experience must include the following:
* Call center/help desk experience, responding to requests submitted via phone, email, and self-service.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on computers and mobile devices.
* Experience performing incident documentation and knowledge management documentation.
A Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in Information Technology or related substitutes for one year of experience.
**Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and a criminal history verification**

## **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders.
* Knowledgeable in commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for end-user technical support.
* Experience supporting remote customers using Microsoft RDP, Skype and SCCM Remote
* CompTIA A+ certification
* Microsoft certification; Office, Windows desktop
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Post-Secondary degree in computer science, network administration or related field.
